I am a Brisbane based baker and cake decorator with a passion for creating cakes that make people say 'I can't cut it, it's too pretty!' I specialize in Wedding Cakes, however, also make Special Occasion Cakes. My designs are modern, stylish and most importantly unique. I love incorporating floral trends, mixing textiles and using various textures to give my cakes a fashionable edge.

Each couple I meet are unique, therefore, their cake should be a reflection of them and their event. All of my cakes are sketched from scratch for each individual couple. No picking a cake out of a binder here! I adore getting to know my clients as this helps a great deal in designing their dream Wedding Cake.
